Vanderbilt has their Law Scholars program, which awards named full tuition scholarships and a $5000 stipend to a few members of their incoming class each year.
It's separate from their standard application, so if you're interested, be sure to send in the Law Scholars application form ASAP (deadline is Jan. 10). It's fairly straightforward to fill out.
Michigan also offers the Darrow scholarship (half to full tuition + stipend), for which all applicants are automatically considered.
Other than this, there are tons of full rides available, but I'm not sure about stipends.

I know Chicago's ruby scholarship comes with a stipend, not too sure about other T14s. WUSTL sometimes gives people stipends too
WUSTL definitely does
Dude, that's a killer list from TLS. Thanks!
Check 509s if they have over full tuition that usually indicates stipends.
