So, I'm having a bit of trouble with MBT MSS questions.
I take way too much time just comprehending the passages.
Does anyone have any tips on this?

One sentence at a time and look for overlapping concepts. It's always about putting things together but some can be veryyyy tricky because they throw in many useless premises to confuse you. So go one sentence at a time try to think how one sentence can combine with another to push out an inference.

If you're iffy on an answer, go back to the stimulus and you have to be able to point to the exact statements that allow you to make that inference. Don't make any assumptions, the evidence is all there.
