I am kind of an early person, however, I sometimes do feel that I need to take a short nap after lunch.
Perhaps that is because I wake up too early and have worked several hours in the morning.
Any suggestion/advice? Thank you!

However long it takes for your mind to work best, adjust accordingly and wake up x hours before that time
I drink green tea after lunch to keep me going for the rest of my afternoon studying. Just be mindful to not drink caffeinated tea too late
