What is your strategy for the order in which you do the RC passages? Do you do them as they are presented? Most questions first? Saving science/art/etc for last? Start with the comparative? Something else? I’m curious!

I’m trying to drill inference questions in RC. Is it possible to pull up a list of inference RC questions/passages that have inference questions?
All of the tags I see in the question bank relate to the subject of the passage, whereas I can tell from analytics that each question is broken down by type somewhere on 7Sage. Thanks!
When people mention that current LG’s have some tougher/funkier games more akin to older PT’s, which range of PT’s are they referring to (i.e. 30’s, 40’s, etc)? If there’s another thread on this, please point me in the right direction!
Thanks!!
For all those taking in July - registration is now live. Good luck getting a coveted test center!
@plspeer434 @43630 @gregoryalexanderdevine723 Thank you all - very very helpful!!
Anyone have any suggestions as to the best way of tracking foolproofing?
Just starting out, but want a system in place before I do. I don't want to realize half way through that I should have kept track of something I hadn't previously considered, so would greatly appreciate input or suggestions of indicators from anyone who has gone this path before me. If I make a spreadsheet, listing each game (i.e. "PT 36, Game 1"), then what should I record to measure progress, and to make sure no games slip through the cracks? Time? Number correct? Date completed? All of the above?
Thanks!
@uhinberg359 I watch the videos from the app so I didn't see that - but will check from a laptop. Thanks!
Still would appreciate a spreadsheet if someone had one though :)
How do I determine goal time per game during foolproofing? JY sometimes mentions them in his explanation videos, but when he doesn't should I just assume it's ~8.5?
Even better, does someone have a spreadsheet of these?
You're so right @jsohn0305774 but with my crazy full time work schedule most days I have to choose one or the other and ..... por que no los dos?
@tanes25413 thanks so much that's a great idea!!! A brilliant time to watch webinars.
Has anyone had luck studying while working out - particularly doing cardio? I've tried drilling while on the treadmill but find it tough to write steadily. Any ideas/suggestions on other ways to be productive while at the gym?
Thank you all! @gregoryalexanderdevine723 did you give yourself a hard stop once time ran out or did you just make a mental note of where you were and keep going?
I'm ~~~lucky~~~ enough to be returning to studying for December post an oh-shucks-you're-better-that September performance.
I need to work on LG timing. When I do untimed LG sections or BR, I almost always get every question right. BUT when I'm confined to the all too claustrophobic 35 minutes, I find myself unable to finish - I barely even get through the 3rd game.
I've been foolproofing, and trying a game for the second go round definitely gets my time down, but I'm still too slow on first time games.
Advice?!?
When are scores posted on the website vs. sent via email?
I'd think you can be playful so long as you are not being facetious
This is my friendly reminder for the survey questions. Super helpful talk thank you!!!!
To be eligible for random selection, do we have to attend the webinar via gotomeeting on a computer or is it okay if we call in?
I remember coming across a site a few months ago where I could do some interesting admissions analytics. I don't remember the site, but do know the following:
I realize this isn't super helpful but for the life of me can't remember the site. So really any leads would be appreciated!!! Thanks!
I signed up for the July Forum in DC thinking I'd be in town then. I'm no longer going to be there, but am considering making a trip (~5 hr bus each way) down in order to attend. To those who have been, is it worth it? Also, I'm taking the LSAT in September so won't have a score on file by then, if that affects anything.
Bummed I missed this can I join next week?
this has been super super helpful thank you! @jhaldy10325 @tylerdschreur10199 @nicoleburdakin925
i'll start at 2 a week and take it from there. also, would any of you have tips on whether it's better to drill by question type for LR or to take a whole section from PT 1-35? aka, better to nail a specific type of question through focused practice, or take an entire section where i get to practice a bit more mental dexterity?
If you retake the exam in December, should you wait until after you've received the new score to apply? Or should you submit before, with the old score, and somehow note that a new score is forthcoming?
@43630 this is very helpful - thank you so much!!!
