Okay, I do not know for sure so don't take my word... but I'm *pretty* sure that if you get rejected, you can't just reapply again for the same year. You'd have to wait until the next year (or semester if they allow spring admissions..but it seems like that's only for transfers). You could, however, get your LSAT score back, go "hmm, this could be better" and retake in February and still have some time to get it in for the fall semester. I think it's a judgment call you have to make. If you don't think your score is good enough, take it again, or take the risk. I don't think most (if any) places would allow you to apply again if you've already been rejected for that semester.
