The stimulus states "conscientious individuals are LESS LIKELY to find jobs...", this indicates it is difficult for them to land positions for whatever reason. 'A' says a lot of the people who shirk their workplace responsibilities are seeking jobs, this can be an explanation of why its harder for the conscientious people to land a job since so many of the shirkers are on the job market searching as well. 'E' literally doesn't explain why they are "LESS LIKELY" to find a job, it just says they are less urgent, how does this explain how they are less likely to find a job? they aren't even trying because they have saved up money. Someone please explain.

I don't understand how the reasoning of why E is incorrect includes "but she does not point to a conclusion that Charles has overlooked" uhh does Charles overlook the fact that during a recession fewer people cannot afford to buy new cars??
