@Limabean I don't usually diagram but whenever there is a chain conditional like this it quickly signals me to do it as it gets too confusing to chain in my head. One of those things that is just uncomfortable at first, but the more you do it, the more it is readily available for the 1-2 questions per section you may need it. I started getting the hang of it by just through diagraming on chain conditional questions during blind so there wasn't any time pressure just to get the skill down.
This one for example isn't even too bad to diagram. Only if is a common necessary indicator and necessitates is pretty much the same word as necessary.
Problem disappear (PD) -> Gov't Provide Housing (GPH)
Gov't Provide Housing (GPH) -> increased taxation (IT)
Chained together: PD -> GPH -> IT
With this structure you can eliminate the 3 sufficient answer choices off the board almost immediately, saves much more time in the long run.
I know this probably isn't the answer you were looking for, but as someone who also struggles the most with conditionals its for sure worth it in the long run to just get into the habit.
