This one was tricky because I took "cratering" to mean the presence of the craters and the size and distrubtion of the craters that were referenced. So in the answer choice I didn't interpret the "cratering" as the LBH that caused them but rather the craters themselves and they never make any reference to theories or observations about how the craters changed after the LBH ended.
