I started in the 140s and am consistently scoring in the 160s (with 170s goals too). I had a period where I felt I was suddenly getting everything wrong after doing well for a period. I think having a standard method for each q type, and really reviewing my performance (almost like replaying how it went) helps me spot where my process messed up. Maybe I had a lot of mental noise (from pressure), or fatigue/bad conditions going in, or got tripped up/intimidated by wording, or something else I didn’t consider.

Honestly, learning more about how the test works as a standardized lawyer skill building machine helped me. Finding what skills they’re testing. Really finding patterns across and learning how my mind/performance is affected by pressure, and countering/accepting it.

Also, have you tried prepping in the mornings or evenings (after resting from work)? I pick either time window depending on how my day looks and prep for avg 1.5 hrs 6 days a wk.

Good luck on Saturday! You’ve got this for real and have sm time before Oct.
