I chose D, because I did not think it was a problem to produce special products. I cited "specialty-steel mills preserve flexibility in their operations in order to fulfill a customer’s particular specifications" - line 25-30, in my reasoning. Can someone explain why this reasoning is wrong? Is it because the answer choice says 'quickly'?
