@bichimichi sometimes it will flag a question for BR if you took more time than you should or switched answer choices from an incorrect one to the correct option. If you hover your mouse over the timing bar on the right of the question row, you will be able to see how long you had each answer choice selected. For example, I got question 1 correct, but it flagged it for BR because I had answer choice A selected for quite a while before I finally switched to answer choice D, which was the correct answer.
