Hello! I took the remote test with accommodations last September. So for me, I used the chat option to text my proctor. They explain everything to you so that was a big help. I believe that if you walk around or leave the room, you will have to scan your room all over again. I only used my break to use the bathroom and had to show my room all over again. Just ask if in doubt! Like makeherproud commented, you will need to ask the proctor first and then they will give further instructions. If anything, have a webcam that you can easily move around to be able to show everything in your room.
