This is amazing, what are your tips?

IN LOVE WITH CAUSAL ARGUMENTS!!! My question is, if the similar hypotheses do not prove or disprove the argument and only strengthens/weakens the argument, what logic do you use to prove or disprove? ----I assume, and also ask if in court arguments can be similar to hypotheticals?
