IMO, B is a bad answer choice. Kim says nothing about biotech, much less about it being beneficial. It is just as possible that Kim would agree with limiting the population or changes in diet as it would be her agreeing with biotech being beneficial because she offers no argument for either of these solutions.

If someone (or admin, please) could drop any further explanation about how B is correct, I'd appreciate it. I watched both explanations, and I still disagree. I don't think any other answer choices are correct, but I don't think B is either.
