I like to do a live class when I’m “not feeling it” it’s super motivating and all of the instructors I find entertaining! After I do a class I find myself eager to study and my brain feels warmed up. For me it’s all about momentum!

I keep thinking these are must be trues and "all of the worlds" came off too strong.
