Hi! One (relatively) low-stakes suggestion I hear from people on improving my LSAT score is to read more. People say to read law reviews, news articles, science journals, etc. Essentially, read anything that is somewhat challenging.
In my free time at work, I have been reading a lot of NPR articles over the last few weeks, and maybe it's confirmation bias, but I genuinely believe it's improved my analytical thinking and short-term memory. It's been particularly useful right now as I wrap up the Reading Comprehension Modules.
So my question is: What are y'all reading? But even more specifically, what sources? Is there a certain journal or publication that you find interesting? I tend to struggle more with the science passages in RC, so I'll definitely be targeting science-related sources, but I'm really open to anything. Psych, History, Law, Philosophy, etc. ANYTHING.
Ideally, this could be a thread where there's enough variety that anyone can find something for them. Hopefully this post doesn't get lost in the abyss...
In case anyone is in need of motivation at any point:
I've been STRUGGLING with all the mini drills at the end of a question type module and even with some of the practice questions baked into a module. On my PTs I struggled with SA and NA the most, yet these two sections have been my first ever 5/5 on drills.
Moral of the story: Don't give up. Genuinely I felt so incredibly stupid in the past, but these past two days it just clicked.
Don't give up y'all!
