I had selected AC C but then changed to E at the last second when I re-read the stimulus. I ignored the word "could" in the last sentence and thought that there was an assumption made that every accident leads to loss of life, however AC C is correct because it shows the flaw in the argument that the red colour of the car is not the cause of accidents but the people who drive them are and they just have a preference for those colour cars. Therefore banning red cars would not change the outcome and therefore the flaw in the argument is exposed.

I actually need to SLOW DOWN and read the AC's because why did I choose D thinking it said "part-time jobs AND full time jobs." After a re-read, I can clearly see why AC A is correct. Face palm!!!!!!
