@chandlerjacobs5 The word "net" really tripped me up. If the deaths are already accounted for in the baseline, "net" implies a need to increase over that level rather than just stay at the same level. It really doesn't seem like a net increase. Either way, its right so I think it is just a frustratingly worded question

I got tripped up because of the "net increase in employment." I think I might have overthought it, but my logic was, it isn't really a net increase in employment if someone was working, was injured, and then working again. That's just staying the same. I understood that employment was equated with GDP that wasn't the issue. I guess it's an increase compared to the world in which all of those people died? But still the phrasing is strange.
