I think you should give yourself grace and study so you don't burnout. I personally use the pomodoro method when studying and the focus app because it allows for breaks. I turn on YT and use Jay studies or Merve. Basically with pomodoro, you study 50 minutes then take a 10 minute break. They also have 30/5 or any amount of minutes you want to use.
