In order to enroll in the rewards program, people must either stay at 3 or more of the hotel's locations or spend more than 10k on hotel visits within a year. Annie is part of the sweepstakes program, but she has never spent more than 7k on hotels in a year. Therefore, she stayed at 3 or more of the hotel's locations.

Trash bin: There are paint marks all over the wall and both brushes and paint tubes are scattered around the scene. Lily stands nearby with paint all over her hands and shirt. She beams with a sense of pride, the way she does after making art. My hypothesis is that Lily is the guilty party, having intentionally painted all over the walls to make art.
