I struggled with this because answer choice C felt too extreme. Its says, "should not be treated using a method that is definitely harmful," which I read to be true for all cases, but the conclusion in the stem gives an exception.

Why does the summary diagram use some <-S-> instead of many -M->? The some/many language is what threw me on this question.
