Disney Arguement: In order to be an NBA player you must have played for an NBA team. John has never played for an NBA team, therefore John must not be an NBA player.

Trash Bin Arguement: When I came home today my golf clubs were dirty. Earlier today my brother was admiring my clubs. He also mentioned going to the range today. When I checked on his clubs they were clean. Therefore my hypothesis is that he used my clubs on the range today.
