The explanation to why E is wrong seems wrong. The explanation states that "we do not know which behaviors are exhibited naturally" but the answer choice uses the word "mentioned". There are only couple mentioned actions in the question stem and both refer to the relevant actions. I don't get it.
I dont get it because the last sentence states that "Parliament lacks legal power over the extent of its own legal power." if the Parliment lacks power on the extent of its power than shouldn't we assume that this means Parliment can't suddenly do something against their defined laws unlike a monarch. Thats why I selected the second best answer E.
