why is it that even when i get a question right in the first place it still tells me i have to blind review it? it's messing me up

I'm not sure why it'll mark that I got some wrong the first time when it's actually correct. After i finish blind reviewing it'll say i got question correct but obviously after BR they're wrong because they were marked wrong in the first place

I thought it was the conclusion, too. I scanned though the rest of the stim trying to find a hint of another conclusion but settled on that one. I dont understand either :(
