Hi, I'm Nick! I work primarily with students who feel stuck despite doing a lot of practice and who need a clearer system for understanding why they’re missing questions.

I went from 158 --> 178 in 4 months by learning how to diagnose my mistakes and change how I approached the test. I now work with students using that same approach, focusing on underlying reasoning issues that lead to fast, durable score improvements. I’m a good fit for students who want structured feedback and are willing to think carefully about their mistakes—not just do more questions.

You can find more about my tutoring philosophy, scheduling, and availability on my website. Happy to answer any questions!

Hey, my first official test was 11 points lower than what I was averaging at the time. I had scored 179 4 times in a row leading up to the test and then got a 168. I was totally crushed. I had no idea what went wrong either.

I took another official test the next month and scored a 178! Sometimes you just have an off day. I'd just take it again expect a better outcome.

For applications, it's definitely better to apply with the right score, but you could realistically get that score in the upcoming Oct or Nov tests and have a great shot at getting into a great school with a scholarship this cycle.
