I've had the same issue, I've scored 157 on the official but in practice if I go untimed or I blind review I only miss 1-3 questions in a section. What I have been doing to close the gap is drilling individual sections, at first untimed, and then slowly cutting down the time. at first I did an untimed section and it took me an hour and I missed only 3 questions. Afterwards, I went down to 50 min and I worked there until I could match the performance I had at 1 hour. I managed to go -2 at 50 min and so I have lowered the time frame to 45 min where I won't move down on time until I can match that previous performance. Like today I did a section at 45 min on LR where I went -4 and -2 on blind review and so until I can hit that blind review score I won't move down on time. After I get the accuracy and the timing right on individual sections I'm going to string them together. At first I'll do 2 sections, then 3, and then 4 sections. I am progressively overloading on the LSAT questions just like I would at weight the gym. Also, whenever I run into questions that are significant time sinks relative to the section and the time I gave myself, I will drill those question types.
