@SCOTT_LEBO Hi, thanks for getting back to me! I am taking the official LSAT on Saturday and then I have final exams at my university to wrap up, so once all of that is taken care of, I will reach back out to schedule something if that works for you! Thank you!

Hello! I am looking for private, virtual tutoring from June-August. I am signed up to take the June LSAT but already know I will be retaking it in August to try to get my best score. I am currently PTing at 159, and my goal score is a 165 for August. I have already completed most of the lesson library here on 7sage and have taken 5-7 PTs total between March and now.

I am having a hard time breaking into the 160s, but I am really committed to getting at least a 165 in August and am able to put a lot of time into it this summer. It would be most beneficial for me to walk through my PTs after taking them, review them, and have a unique perspective that can hopefully get me to that goal score.

In terms of pricing, I am hoping for budget-friendly options and ideally a first free session to see if we are a good fit!

Thank you!

#help I chose B because of this part of the paragraph: "However, it may therefore be effective only when the negative information can be framed positively. Jurors, who often initially have little information about a case, are usually eager to solidify their position regarding the case. They can therefore be expected to use the early positive framing to guide their subsequent analysis of the trial information. But this also suggests limitations on the use of the technique: when information is very damaging, stealing thunder may create an early negative impression that forms a cognitive framework for jurors, who then filter subsequent information through this schema". Since it mentioned jurors trying to form their opinions early on, I made the jump to opening statements since they happen early on. I also think the use of the word "only" before this explanation led me to jump to skepticism when this doesn't occur early on, and the conversation going into the limitations when this doesn't happen. Ultimately, I can see why B is wrong and why D is correct, but is there a specific tactic I can use to avoid this confusion in the future? Thank you!
