I think the problem I ran into with Q14 is the ambiguity in the terms "impact... on creative output". I interpreted this to mean "the impact that having norms has on the levels of creative output", which is discussed in A but not B. I suppose that the alternate interpretation that LSAC expected us to have is something more like "norms are being considered in the process of creative output".
@junhao31351 But the whole point is that the norms create a semblance of IP law, which generates/incentivizes further creative output. Check the last line of A again.
From my experience, burn out is a big factor, as are sleep and eating habits. Personally, these factors account for about an 8 point swing between top testing form and worst.
What I found helped was taking a complete rest day - didn't touch my laptop. Spent the day doing chores and reading. Whenever you're next able to, maybe try that.
@158603612qq561 You're overthinking it. The easiest way to eliminate D is that the tendency to laugh was prior to recovery - "whose tendency to laugh was greater to begin with".
Then, there can't be a causal relation between the later to the prior without some confounding variable - some precedent condition influencing both the likelihood to laugh and the likelihood of recovery e.g. strong support networks. I thought this latter thing was what D was saying so chose wrong as well.
