Does anyone know if there is a way to hide the timer while taking a section or PT?

Hi everyone! Is there any way to change the preferences of the blind review? I would prefer, at this point in my studying, if, after a section, blind review didn't highlight questions I got right but spent too much time on.
Just took a practice test and proceeded to the Blind Review after.
How representative is the score of the Blind Review to my overall success of taking that PT? Should I expect growth to that score?
This argument looks very similar to a typical weakening argument. How am I supposed to tell the difference between that and a "cost-benefit" argument? Are the answer choices supposed to provide that clarity?
