I keep making the same mistake of overlooking subtle differences in wording because I am reading the stimulus too fast. I feel like if I take a little more time to read and fully understand the stim, I won't have to spend so much time reading the answer choices because they will be more obviously wrong or right. My key mistake here was confusing "possible school policies" with the actual policy they are debating. Had I caught this subtlety, I would have eliminated D and gotten this question correct. Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast I guess.
