I think the reason why people are having a hard time accepting C as the correct answer is that the stimulus states that "toddlers have difficulty following the new rule." That does not equate, however, to the toddlers willfully being disobedient. C is stating that exactly.

What deterred me from D was that it uses "overly". Isn't that too strong of language? Because the passge does not show excessive idealization of the realities of artisitic creation?
