I didn't select E because it says "only an international police force", whereas the stimulus says that "a command must be backed up by an effective enforcement mechanism." This made me think there could be another mechanism that is effective on an international level, such as international military. I guess I am thinking beyong the scope of the test/adding in my own assumptions...

I think what really gets me with these questions is that I don't think of "rarely" as an answer to a question of commonality. My mind is looking for a concrete answer, and rarely is still so vague, and the stimulus asks which is explicity addressed.

I'm in the same spot. I haven't taken the LSAT yet, so someone else may correct me if I'm wrong, but scores are supposed to release the 26th for the August test, and the deadline for the October test is the 27th. I'm planning on waiting until I get my first score. If it's not what I want, then I can immediately sign up for the October test.

Like many others, question 1 almost got me. This question confused me at first because I was stuck between B and C. However, Person A says "qualified" teachers and Person B says "accredited", so the disagreement was not over whether the teachers should be capable, but over how involved they should be!
