is #7 answer E because the author would agree with line 17 of paragraph 2?

Would this flaw be an example from one of the "19 most common flaws"?

LSAT Study Partner

Looking for someone to study with for the June 2014 LSAT. I've been studying awhile for this test, so I have most of the concepts down. I'm in the Midwest, so please consider different time zones. Thanks.

Alex.

For some reason I keep thinking that the "Indie" for answer choice D when you do the negate necessary condition to that statement it should be in the necessary condition with no slash over it since its already negated in the first statement. Can someone help me see why this thinking is wrong.

A.) he does define "deep empathy"

B.) The first half is context, then starting with the phrase "But suppose they are right;" everything said after this "But suppose they are right;" statement ending at the word "motivation" is what he uses to justify why PSYCHOLOGIST believe this is right. So he never has a HIS OWN PERSONAL ASSUMPTION, therefore he can't contradict an assumption that he never had.

C.) Correct answer because his assumption that "one can understand other people; thus these psychologists are wrong", implies that he misinterpret the "best way" being the "only way"

D.) He never excepts a claim! He explains the psychologists claims, but no where does he ever except it.

E.) Who Cares?

I wanted to say answer "E", but the If made me choose D instead.

A.) has nothing to do with the argument.

B.) is talking about "some" questions, but were talking about the study in the premises.

C.) is talking about research results in general, while the premises only mention "this result".

D.) We know nothing about "drawing conclusions" from the data. The main conclusion is about the education system being deeply wrong, who cares what answer D is saying, maybe or maybe not the author agrees with this statement but this doesn't help us show what the FUNCTION of the majority students results are doing.

E.) It is evidence "premise" and its supporting the conclusion which is "there is clearly something deeply wrong with the educational system".

Wednesdays and Saturdays work for me. I'm also fine with starting at 36 or 45. Thanks!
