August 2020 LSAT (New ICE guidelines for International students -- how does this affect us?)

I am an international student (from India) studying at USC. There are new ICE guidelines regarding F-1 visa holders, which may bar me from entering the country in the next month. Since, I need to register for the August LSAT in the next week, does anyone know if I can register for the US region but then take the LSAT flex from India (if I am unable to enter the country for the fall semester)? This is assuming they decide to conduct the August LSAT remotely as well.
