obvi there is no 100% promise to anything but is it a solid idea to identify the conclusion by the phrase "they are wrong" or "he is wrong" etc?

is there any resource that is good for identifying premises and conclusions, Im new to my lsat journey and i keep getting tripped up with that
how do you recognize this type of flaw? like is there any key words or phrases that should signal to me that this is sufficient necessary issue? #help
