Q12:

Answer choice D, still lost on how it's wrong. I see how B is valid, but I feel like thats more of an inference vs D can be found back in the text.

"Therefore, the best way to address concerns about judicial impartiality is to require judges to make their reasoning transparent."

So, wouldn't providing written explanations for legal reasoning imply that judges are making reasoning transparent, and then all goes back to addressing public's concern about impartiality?

Not sure if I am explaining this correctly but #help

The author uses many words to sway us away from "implicit acceptance" and more towards "hesistant agreement". For example, the images were PROBABLY intended or the paintings were MEANT to grant magical power or perhaps show... etc.
