This one had me stuck for a minute, but rereading the stimulus I realized what was meant by "percentage"- From there I visualized what it would look like to have more but as the same %. Think like a nutrition plate. For example, a young adult eats 25% fat in their diet- small circle 25% but as they age they are eating more fat = bigger circle (while still 25% of it) = More food as an old adult and from there was able to find B as my answer.
