I guess where I am getting confused is why the or gets turned into →. Currently my thinking is that it changes because the statement implies that to get the right to own a pet you must care for it openly. Still this lesson would benefit from having a video more clearly explain it.
Hey! I work FT so I can't study as much as I would like so I try to be consistent and effective. 1 hr before work and 1-2 hrs after work. On saturdays I rest and every other sunday I do a PT. and BR on mondays. My hour in the morning is the most important tho cause that's when I know for sure I won't be too tired to do something and I make it a goal to go to a cafe where I wont be distracted by home stuff. Hope that helps!
I'm kind of the opposite of you currently where LR is my weakest section so far and RC is my strongest. I'm not sure if this will work for everyone, but I find that reading slowly helps me really understand the passage and its structure. Since I understand the passage, I can then get through questions accurately and quickly. Whenever I try to skim or speed through the passage I end up wasting more time trying to find where the answer is. Outside of LSAT studying I am also reading dense books (mainly nonfiction/academic books) and since I spend time trying to understand them, I believe that has helped me get better at being a critical reader and RC overall.
I would stick to CC V2. If you can use an text to speech extension (Natural reader, speechify, etc.) to have the text read to you. I don't have dyslexia, but I struggle to get through long text so having things read to me helped me.
Not sure if it will help, but my current study plan is work through the CC and LR lessons and take a PT every 2 weeks to track progress. I blind review the PT the next day and then repeat the whole process of reviewing lessons until the next PT. I still drill question types to keep building those skills, but once I am done with the lessons I plan to really hone in on PTs.
#feedback Not sure if the text under the "lessons to review" section is meant to be linked to something else, but just in case it is, i'm pointing it out.
Hello! I think the reason that new restaurants opening is the sufficient condition is because there could be other reasons that living standards are improving. Living standards improving → new restaurants opening does not work because in order for living standards to improve it is not necessary for new restaurants to open. However, it is sufficient that new restaurants open in order for living standards to improve. At least this is how I'm understanding it. Hope this helps.
I'm in a similar place. I rushed ahead thinking it would be fine but now I am having to go back to review fundamentals. Still, I'm glad I'm doing it now rather than later down the line.
