#help I treated this as a sufficient assumption question and got it right but i dont want to make this mistake again? The wording seems very similiar to a sufficient assumption based on this link JY posted as an exercise.

Foolproof Method

Hey guys I know it is a little too late to improve now since the test is in two days ( There is always January), I am having a very hard time timing myself doing logic games. I have gone through the curriculm and done the foundational games 7-10 times. However, I still trip up when I see a game that has a sentence that throws me off and looks like a game i have never done before.

Are there situations where the foolproof method is not applicable because they came up with a new game and you will just have to "figure it out" ?

#help I feel you are being too dismissive of the wrong answers choice. For a question that is rated on a 5 of difficulty, can you or someone else please be more diligent in explaining why they are wrong, thank you.

Difficult (not everyday language) words on the LSAT.

I get tripped up whenever I see a word I have never encountered before. Words such as unimpeded, unadulterated, ephemeral, impartial etc..

First, can someone post the link to where we have a selection of difficult words that typically appear on the LSAT. I remember it being somewhere in the curriculum.

Second, how do you handle a situation where you see a word and you don't understand the meaning ? It could lead to choosing the wrong answer, simply because of the misinterpretation of a word.

I knew it was a 3 year degree, I was taking into account me getting in next year ( I will be 25), plus three years of law school and writing the bar. Besides that, thank you all for the advice. It is always nice to hear other peoples perspective and apply it when necessary.

23 and confused

Hey guys,

I am 23 and I would love to go to law school, however I take into that by the time I finish law school, article and take the bar I will be 27-28 years old. I am afraid that those 5 years of my life, I could have been working on other things or maybe starting my own business relating to marketing/social media.

How do you make a decision that can affect the prime years of your life (23-28) without feeling any regret or second guessing yourself ?

I have thought about it and my decision is to just take the LSAT, apply and see what my value is to potential law schools. However, I still always second guess myself and tell myself that i should be doing something else since law school will require a 4 year investment and at the very least 70,000 in student loan debt.

What do you guys think of those who have been in a similar predicament ?

It is so hard to give an answer that will provide any benefit since we know nothing of your work ethic, financial situation, health etc.. With that being the case, I would highly recommend experimenting and trying different things. For example when you get home from work, try a 15 minute workout to give you some energy and dopamine in your system, shower and then study ! Or wake up in the early in the morning and study like you thought, however keep in mind that it might affect your work performance since you would have used up most of your willpower studying, however just my opinion.

In conclusion, experiment and think outside the box, most of us are not born with a silver spoon and we actually have to work under sometimes undesirable circumstances to get what we want.

i felt e was too strong of an assumption, more like a sufficient assumption. D seemed to bridge the gap between the premise and conclusion more subtlely than E.

What do you all think ?
