I think I misunderstood what "XYZ sold off all of its diesel-powered trucks last year" means. I thought this sentence means that if there was any diesel-powered truck sold, it was sold last year. I thought "all diesel-powered trucks" means every single diesel-powered truck XYZ has ever own. For example, in my understanding, if XYZ owned 100 diesel-powered trucks in history and sold 5 diesel-powered trucks in 2001 and 95 diesel-powered trucks in 2003, then you cannot say XYZ sold all 100 diesel-powered trucks in 2003 because it only sold 95% of its diesel-powered trucks. 7Sagers, is this reasonable thinking?

I have a question about S2,Q24. Answer B says "all the medieval manuscripts widely acknowledged to be cultural significance...during the restoration process." Does this "during the restoration process" not referring to all the manuscripts that are going to be restored? Because I thought answer B indicates "all the medieval manuscripts widely acknowledged to be cultural significance that are determined to be restored. Maybe I misread.
