There are a couple things that really helped me:
Use your scratch paper to take notes on each paragraph. Avoid summarizing information. Rather, note the purpose of the paragraph (is is setting up an argument? supporting something that was previously mentioned? does it need support from a later paragraph?).
Highlight words that tell you what the author's point of view is especially in regards to approval/disapproval of a concept
Every correct answer choice will have identifiable support in the passage. If you're unsure, take the time to go back in and find that support.
Call them! They are super helpful over the phone and may be able to fix your registration
You have to be kidding! You can absolutely improve and make it in to the 170's. If you need some score boost inspiration there's tons of people on reddit who have improved so much as 10+ points.
Actually the passage does explicitly say that Pluto cannot be the cause. Rather, it tells us that Pluto does not have the gravitational pull astronomers once thought that it did. It could easily still be a small factor in Neptune's irregularity, just less than previously thought.
