since no one responded-just not worrying about this anymore I'm the type of person that loves assembling things together without using other people's instructions, and I'm having a really hard time going into any part of the existing core curriculum content, especially with the large amount of hours that defaults at the top. I did go through the old version w/ lg and part of the new really fast and didn't retain much if at all- got a decent score but want the best score I can get. I'm confident that I can find my own path. But I thought maybe finding some reliable, consistent and responsive who is slowly working their way through the new core curriculum might be beneficial for me. Let me know if you might be that person. I'm on a work hiatus for a few weeks so I have a lot of time for now.

A lot of my thoughts on this center around investment. I say go for it!! If you would lose money and like you said you are scoring decently in at least the 160's- doing well you would have a solid first score at least. Some people also think it helps for you to generally get used to testing in the environment you choose- whether in person or remote. You can see if there's a free push forward it to August but I don't think that's the case at this point if my memory serves me correctly. People say on test day you can score around at least 3 points higher the day of- not fool-poof but something to consider. Some people greatly overperform on test day due to doing better under pressure. Good luck you got this!!
I added you :) @
DM'd you @ :)

Got you, added you in :) @
@ heyyyy I added you; we'll be meeting this Wednesday night May 25th at 8:30pm et.
I added you both
Hi, I'll be DM'ing you shortly
.
After being academically dismissed over 5 years ago, I finally got another law school to open it's doors for me for summer start next month and with a generous scholarship too. I'm probably not going to take this offer, but just want to remind people that with self-confidence and God anything is possible!
Got you in and the rest of you guys too! - do edit out ur email though
You're all in. I created a group chat right on here so check your inbox. We'll meet on Google Meets this upcoming Sunday May 18th at 11am et. I've created an LR drill for us to do and we'll talk about how that went to start and then we'll do fresh questions together afterwards. We got this!
In something like the 12 week course, towards the end closer to test day, I'd imagine people might want to get used to timed PT'ing on the main LawHub interface and being able to quickly see the analytics update would be awesome!! During the advanced course I took earlier this year, I had to do a PT on Lawhub for something else and manually had to enter that data into the new site and it's missing those details on timing and answer changes etc. If that data could ever be possibly shown on both that would be great in the future. Additionally, on blind review i think it would be interesting to add an additional setting where wrong answers are circled purple or something else instead perhaps instead of allowing us to switch answers that are actually right. 🤔Then the self-flags and pink circles would remain as time sink questions we need to work on confidence building.
I'm a 6+ year writing tutor who used to work with a nonprofit for almost two (admission) years helping students with their personal and diversity statements. I'm willing to fully assist the first 3 people to join with either a personal statement or diversity statement for free and with a personalized approach. If you are interested, comment below or DM me and I'll add you to my own personal Discord group. edit: I now have the 3 people for free extensive help. But I am willing to meet with 7 other people for about 10 minutes each for general advice/questions. Comment below and DM me for the link along with your discord name! expired
I wanted to take a moment to really shout out tutor and course instructor James Marmaduke for going above and beyond. Through a twist of fate, I ended up registered for his Feb 2025 advanced LSAT course and he genuinely cares about each and every one of his students. From my personal experience, especially if you are very self-accountable, I can truly say that a class with James would be worth investing in. As I sat through our first weekly check-in, I was surprised at how much he actually cared about my overall LSAT journey and how obvious that this was more than just a job for him. Also sending much thanks and appreciation to Thomas Langmuir for his patience and support in making this happen in the first place!
Got you thanks!!
Hi!! I have a group chat mainly hosted here with almost 40 members. Can this be duplicated on the new site? I wouldn't know their new usernames unless they all messaged me. Also, are there any plans to have the email notifications for new messages like it is currently on this site?
i like to do this too ^^^^
Hey, would any BIPOC or LatinX individuals be interested in virtually meeting up weekly to study together? I have a Discord- but we can use Meets/Zoom instead. Comment below if interested :)
Thanks, I like this aspect of record keeping variants. I appreciate the share 🙏
I would be interested in sitting in on the core curriculum recaps too.

You still have at least 2 more in the future; there's a lifetime limit of 7; I'm not sure how many you used back to back but next time unfortunately (which might be 5 years from the last I know about ) don't sign up until you have your goal score.
I did it 5 times already but I can technically take 4 more times since I'm an exception to the 7 time rule -one in June 2019 and the other being I took the first flex in 2020.
Look into your options in this score band but really think about it. I went to a "predatory school" years ago but people who put in the work get their degree. You alternatively can look into the JD-next too.
If you are highly concerned about finances, I would look for legal/other work in the meantime while spreading out study and take your time.
Congrats on that, yeah in general it's recommended that you stop studying completely the closer you are to test day.. If you don't fully, I would keep the studying very light. Some would say just don't grade the sections anymore at this time too just in case you come across a harder section. The last time I took the test though, I resumed the day of with lighter studying through live classes in my case. No matter what you decide, good luck on test day!!!🍀🍀🍀
I personally think cancelling any score that's well above a 120 is a waste of money if you are paying out of pocket. Anything above a 154 is at least above average... but it's up to you. They can see it and it can be something they wonder about to some degree. I think it's generally not recommended unless you feel you did absolutely atrocious which can be somewhat subjective.
