I have the same question! When reading it, I thought to myself that A wouldn't make for a great argument in reality. But because we've been drilled to accept the truth of each argument and not question it, I put my personal bias/logic aside and ended up picking A.
#help This seems silly and I know I should evaluate an argument beyond key phrases and semantics BUT one of the very first lessons listed out indicative phrases for Premise and Conclusion. One of the phrases that indicates a premise is "For that reason." I ended up getting this question wrong thinking that that sentence was a premise and not the conclusion due to having memorized those key phrases. Can someone explain? After the video above explained that that sentence is the conclusion, I immediately knew what the correct answer would be and why.
I have the same question. I eliminated D because of the word "also."
