My issue with this question is why would we assume that the disease is contagious? The vagueness of the stimulus makes it possible to assume that the disease may have been contracted before birth (i.e. - congenitally), especially since the stimulus specifically mentions python hatchlings having it. Congenital diseases are not necessarily contagious. #JusticeForC
