I'm fairly new to 7Sage, but I am curious to know others' thoughts on this. Should I keep doing problem sets in a specific category if I am getting them right every time? Even without blind review? Not trying to brag or anything here, just genuinely curious of what others are doing.
Same thing happened to me! I messaged the help chat. It took away all of my progress too.
I just started 7Sage at the beginning of this week so I'm still familiarizing myself with the site, but I was in the middle of the Main Point/Conclusion lesson when I clicked next and it suddenly said I didn't have that subscription? And now my syllabus does not even have that lesson on it, even though I paid for the monthly Ultimate+. Did anyone else have this problem/ know how to help?
This happened to me too and my monthly subscription is through February as well. I have chatted the help line.
