The stimulus generally emphasizes that being "at home" doesn't mean only one thing, which translates to me as something that is open to interpretation. Here the author is saying that being "at home" not only means being at one's house. Also, The question on Pt 107 S3 24, suggests that using "equivocal language" not only implies that one word can have multiple meanings but could also mean a statement is unclear/uncertain. That's why I think "at home" is ambiguous in this stimulus.
