Can someone clarify why the part after "however" isn't the conclusion and is instead the premise [I thought everything before "however" was just CONTEXT/background info]. I chose "A)" during my blind review, but definitely not 100% on it because I still don't see how the first part counts as conclusion (but I think it's just that I am not understanding what the stimulus is directing us towards).
