Can you tell me how you even came to create the possibility "the supplier chose to send..." Like how did you make that deduction? It just seems like a stretch to me. The answer over all just seems like a big stretch. It's like yeah that could have happened but if we're talking about what "could have" happened then most of the choices could be correct.
