I began in February but have been working on the 7Sage course since April. I'm a bit over 50% of the course.

Hi Peter-

J.Y. is obviously the best person to answer this question but I imagine retaking PTs are not as beneficial as trying new ones, particularly if you actually put in the time to do a full blind review after every PT you do. After a blind review you probably have gotten as much as you could out of that PT and I don't imagine retaking it would worth the time or the effort.

Good Tests Centers in Manhattan??

I'm signing up now for the October LSAT and I'm trying to see if any of the test center in New York (Manhattan) is better than others. Supposedly there are three test centers in New York: CUNY, Fordham Law School and Pace University (http://www.lsac.org/jd/pdfs/testcentercodes.pdf). But on LSAC's registration page only Pace University is available to sign up for so I don't know if I will have any choice anyway.

This will sound mean but I'm glad i'm not the only one who runs out of time in finishing the RC section (I always run out of time with a whole passage remaining). I think I'm at a particular disadvantage because English is not my first language (as i imagine is the case with some other 7Sagers) and I am slow at reading even the most simple writings (think Harry Potter). I'm not taking the LSAT until October and I'm hoping my recent subscriptions to The Economist and Scientific American will pay off.

Watch videos on Kindle

I've been trying just about every browser on Kindle Fire but it appears that I can't get the videos to load. Any suggestions (other than buying an iPad)?

Haha.. You are right... This is funny and TRUE... I didn't realize it until yesterday how much I depend on the website alone. I had a bunch of games and problem sets printed out so I worked on them yesterday but not being able to check different lessons as I wished was becoming hard to deal with.. I guess we are all addicted now.. hahaha...

I have been working through the RC sections of the trainer this week and I think it's a great book. It's approach is very well explained and makes a lot of sense... If you're having problem making improvements on RC, the trainer may be the best approach out there..

I woke up early today to study too and found the website not working... My half-sleep brain began freaking out about what if the website never comes back on. Thanks for fixing it so quickly.

Yea, I was actually thinking about getting a cab on the morning of the test. My problem is (I got 99 problems and LSAT just happens to be one) that I sometimes get carsick and I wouldn't want that on the morning of the test.

I may just go sign up for one of them and just wait to see if anything opens up... Thanks!

The only center still open in Manhattan is Pace (the only other one listed but full is CUNY). I'm wondering if I should choose one of the ones in Long Island City or Brooklyn. I'm only worried that on the morning of LSAT on Saturday, one of the subway lines out of Manhattan won't be running and that be an added stress on the morning of the test and since it's so far away, I would have difficulty finding a cab. Based on your experience, do you think more test centers may open up in the upcoming months?? I was under the impression that Columbia is a test center but I can't find it on any of the LSAC's lists.

Thank you much for taking the time and writing this. It is very important to me that the test center I choose be quiet so I think i may try to go for CUNY.

I hope you did very well on the test.

Hahaha... I did the same thing before wrestling matches in high school, while staring across the mat at my opponent and imagining him to be Ivon Drago from Rockey IV... I very well may return to that routine for the LSAT.

I think you can find it for less than $50. I was going to buy this one which is $25 but has mixed reviews:

Hi YZ and everyone else in NYC- I am in New York as well. I just got done with the course and i'm planning to take 1-2 PTs a week until October. I can meet similar times as others, weekday nights and weekends.
