#help I knew that the majority of mail needed to be incorrectly addressed for the passage to be true, but I was unsure about D because of the ambiguous phrase"large proportion" rather than a definitive phrase that alluded to the "most" in the passage. For example, incorrectly addressed mail could be 48% of the mail (not absolute majority), but that's still a large proportion. Is it normal for "large proportion" to be perceived as majority?
